Therapy and Counseling
Holistic Treatment Approaches
Our holistic approach combines modern medicine with proven therapeutic methods.
The treatment of chronic infections requires experience, patience and often an individually tailored concept. Standard recipes – such as short antibiotic monotherapy – are usually not sufficient for protracted courses. Our association pursues a holistic, evidence-based and at the same time innovative approach.
Steps to Therapy Planning
Thorough Diagnosis
Comprehensive diagnostics comes first. We help patients get the right tests.
- Advanced lab analyses for Borrelia (LTT, Blot)
- Co-infections (Babesia, Bartonella, Rickettsia)
- Immune status and inflammatory markers
- Imaging for suspected neuroborreliosis
Individual Therapy Planning
Once it is clear which pathogens are present, we create a tailored therapy plan.
- Long-term antibiotic combination therapy
- Immune-strengthening adjunctive therapies
- Innovative specialized therapies
- Psychosocial support
Monitoring and Adjustment
Therapy can take months. We won't leave you alone during this time.
- Continuous progress monitoring
- Side effect management
- Therapy adjustment as needed
- Goal: Complete cure
Legal Counseling
We provide advisory support for problems with insurance providers or employers.
- Social law support
- Apply for rehabilitation measures
- Public advocacy
Our Therapy Approaches
Antibiotic Combination Therapy
Long-term combinations with 2-3 antibiotics in parallel, based on ILADS protocols. Reaches all pathogen forms including biofilm forms.
Adjunctive Therapies
High-dose vitamins, herbal antimicrobials, immunomodulators, detoxification procedures and stress management.
Innovative Special Therapies
IPT (Insulin-Potentiated Therapy), historical approaches such as Potassium-Arsenite Therapy in specialized hands.
Monotherapies often fall short in chronic cases. The key lies in combining synergies – medically, immunologically, and detoxifying.
⚠️ Warning Against Self-Therapy
We strongly advise against taking antibiotics purchased on the internet on your own. Treatment belongs in the hands of experienced physicians. We refer such, rather than patients endangering themselves.
✓ Success Prospects
Many patients who were considered "treatment-resistant" for years can achieve significant improvements with the right concept. Our motto: "Chronic infections are curable!"
Detailed Treatment Components
Long-term Antibiotic Combination Therapy▼
We work with physicians willing to use antibiotic combinations over an extended period. Active Lyme disease is often treated with at least 2-3 antibiotics in parallel.
The choice of substances depends on the pathogens present and tolerability. The combination aims to reach all forms of the pathogens – including slow-growing forms and those in biofilms.
Adjunctive and Supportive Therapies▼
Chronic infections burden the entire organism. Therefore, we recommend the following supplementary measures:
- • High-dose vitamin and mineral supplementation to address deficiencies
- • Herbal antimicrobials (Artemisinin for Babesia, Cat's Claw, Oregano oil)
- • Immunomodulators (low-dose Naltrexone, thymus extracts)
- • Detoxification procedures (heavy metals, environmental toxins)
- • Physiotherapy, adequate rest and stress management
Innovative Specialized Therapies▼
In particularly stubborn cases, we look beyond standard procedures:
- • IPT (Insulin-Potentiated Therapy): Low antibiotic doses are more effectively channeled into cells using insulin
- • Potassium Arsenite Therapy: Historical procedure for chronic typhus
- • These methods are experimental and should only be performed by specialists
Important: We leave no option untried, as long as it is medically justifiable and offers chances for improvement.
